Location Tracking

We collect and use your device’s location data while you use our services. If you enable background location tracking, we may continue to collect this data even when the app is not actively in use.

This data is essential for features like notifying customers or clients of the driver’s current location and optimizing routes. Location tracking continues as long as the driver’s session is active and is determined using technologies such as GPS, nearby WiFi access points, and mobile/cell tower triangulation.

Please note: background location tracking is only used in the Driver Console and Attendant Application.

Log Data

We do not collect or use any log data from your device.
